In this simple post, I would like to offer you three easy concepts which can change the rest of your life…  if you choose to allow them to.

The Past:
Forgive and accept the past with gratitude and appreciation.

It no longer exists except for the story you tell yourself and the meaning you give it.  

The Present:
Participate in the present.  Show up, engage, be aware.

We live in our heads too much.   which is filled with external input,

The Future:
Anticipate the future with excitement and confidence.  Develop the knowing “living the disciplines creates the life you desire”.

It’s simple mathematics.  1 + 1 = 2.  If you eat healthy and exercise properly, you will know the type of body you will have.  You don’t have to worry about becoming unfit. If you read and implement the learning, your outcomes are determinable.
